Latoya was amazing to work with. She was kind, friendly and honest. We found the perfect couch for our family and she went out of her way to find us the best deal so it would fall within our price range. The entire process was so fast, easy and painless. 10/10 recommend!!
I would not recommend! The Dark skin lady was very rude. I was going to spend Cash money and her attitude was very impolite. She talked to my husband and myself like we wasn’t there to buy merchandise. The young man working with her tried his best to help us, I think he was embarrassed about the way she treated us.. I do not recommend this store at all!. We went there to purchase a fridge. We had cash money and walked out the door without buying anything. Her attitude was horrible
I was told the washer and dryer set I purchased was $1800 due to the original i ordered being out of stock. I just checked my balance and I am absolutely stunned. I talked to a manager when I purchased the set.
Bought my couch back in July of 2024. Process and payments are pretty straightforward. Now the couch is completely paid for and definitely enjoy it.
The lady with the Brooklyn accent kept staring at my boyfriend while I was filling out my paperwork.Like she was in a daze.Very unprofessional.After my account was paid off,I never received my ownership paperwork.I won't ever buy anything here again.Most rental places mail you your ownership papers.Everytime I talk to the ladies on the phone,I hear laughter in the background.My boyfriend don't want you or remember you.He only remembers the black women he flirts with in front of me and you don't qualify.
