Very unprofessional had called 3 days prior to needing my fridge and waited for a call back had to call them again myself and they tried to tell me monday i already had my new fridge it was only a pick up had to tell them it was outside before they would get it
Great people. Always have my account pulled up when I walk in, which makes me feel more at home then just another customer. They let my kids take waaaaay to many suckers, but, it makes them happy too. Keep up the good work. You guys rock!
Set payment arrangement to accomodate new payday schedule. Made the payment on the day promised. Workers showed up AFTER I made my promised payment beating on my door trying to repo my couch. I was on the phone for work after my client had to listen to my husband arguing with them that the payment had been made (they called him a liar), and my dog going crazy. Wasted my time I went in for a specific computer that the website had said was in stock and for a sectional. I found my sectional filled all the paper work out had a delivery scheduled. However was told by the manager that they just got what he believed was the computer we were looking for back in and would call me this afternoon to confirm. 4:30 comes still no word so I call the store apparently he never checked said computer in, none of the staff knew anything about it.
