well they were supposed to get my couch in yesterday 12/11 and it was to be delivered today 12/12 between 2-4pm. at 2:45pm I called as no one showed up and was informed the wrong couch was delivered. And they will make it right tomorrow? but if the wrong couch was delivered yesterday why wasnt in handled and the correct couch brought today? especially considering I'm supposed to believe that the right one will be brought to them tomorrow so I can also get it tomorrow?... Hate that they always reschedule me. And things are always late. I wouldn't recommended to anyone. They always tell you they'll call you back and never do. Oh but when u don't do your payments before they close they always calling you. Dumb ppl working there too. They never kmow what to do.
was going to get a leather sofa until we sat on it and roaches came crawling out of cracks. they delivered furniture and starched out hard wood floors,gave us bed bugs with bunk bed,the most nasty company you can do business with to bad everyone don't go to RAC fourms and read all the nasty things about ther co they wouldn't be in business to much longer,the manager at Alcoa store wont do anything but smile and say oh well return things if you don't like it
