I want to first start off by saying that this store location was very unprofessional and this coming from a disabled parent.. I contacted this store & location thinking that I was going get good business done ..at first it started off fine I guess …I have been customer to rent a center for few years.. so this store location in Dearborn they’ve some unprofessional employee’s who lack in communication and good customer services . There has been times when I've ran into issues with my Payments. And when I tell you this Team , works very hard to make sure they solve whatever the issue is to help they Customers. It could not be a better Team than this. Thank You!
0 stars!! The worse experience. Too much to even text. Lack of communication within the store. Asked for the same documentation multiple times. Was going to receive a defective washer with a bent in side at no discount but lower monthly payments was to receive delivery on Saturday, delivery set for Tuesday. Monday told my verification wasn't complete and that delivery shouldn't of happened anyways. Asked for same documentation and reference info again!!
