Horrible experience will never use RAC again. Here is the background. I am a former Credit manager and had a great repor with them, my wife and I are diamond members (spend a certain amount of money and pay off items to obtain a great customer level) . Now the issue. My wife and I are moving to a new place, we scheduled that our items be picked up and moved to the new location. Rebecca and her team is amazing! I came in yesterday when Matt from NY was there, and he got my account started, smooth transaction and I called in today inquiring about the iPhone 16e and Rebecca was quick, and professional and I was able to go to the store and pick it up! I have an iPad and iPhone 16e from this store and so far it’s been a great experience with them. I am really glad I chose this location as my main store, and everyone here is so kind!
It has been sometimes since I have rented anything the staff was all great. However, the products seemed to stop working after purchase I bought a laptop. It stopped working about six months after I bought it. Also, when I moved my washer stopped working and they replaced it with a cheaper brand and that also stopped working within eight months of purchase. I purchased a bedroom set. The light was broke on the headboard was promised to be replaced. It was never replaced. The two couches I have purchased brand new were great.
Scheduled a delivery and made a down payment just for the store to tell me that the only guy in the store got "thrown into a meeting" and so they won't deliver. At least cancellation is fairly easy.
So I got a nice apartment in erie yeah well it wasnt very nice it was infested in bed bugs so thank God I hadn't moved in got my money back and am paying month to month at hotels cause why not at least their clean 😅 but dont tell these guys that they'll hang up on you cause your money ain't worth it but at least I didnt go rent off them in that bed bug infested apartment. Instead its a nice and clean hotel. Not good for business. I'll go else where or pay out right.
