My delivery date was changed twice. On the day of delivery, 30 minutes before the delivery window ended we were informed it was cancelled again. This was only after I personally reached out to the store, no one called to update me. They also had the wrong address despite being called and having it changed three times. My partner and I ended up picking the appliance up ourselves and installing it. If it wasn’t a last minute emergency situation, I would never ever ever visit this store or the employees again.

I purchased a bed room set with a new mattress it was delivered, the guys was suppose to put it together they didn’t. They were high as hell when delivering my purchase. They didn’t even say they were done before they were down the street in the truck . The furniture has no screw or metal so it was point less of a purchase I am highly upset and will not recommend in the future..

They are scammers. Terrible selection, the employees are rude. The worst thing, they will IGNORE your delivieries claiming that "they knocked at the door and nobody answered". Twice in a row. I have porch cameras. Nobody even pulled up to my driveway. I just want my washer and dryer, not to deal with scammers and time wasters and petty thieves. Have been told my items were in stock and would be delivered fast, then they tell me they have no movers, they were supposed to have it at the store so I could come see it before delivery and then told me I couldn’t do that. Now the delivery has been rescheduled because they only have 1 mover and my husband was gonna help and the my told me the driver wasn’t ok with that??? The staff here is on point. They were all very friendly and knowlegable. The manager JOSH was extremely understanding and made sure i got the best price for what i needed, while making sure i have affordable payments. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Awesome customer service! Also the inventory here is always nice and clean.. The store as well. Keep up the good work !!!
