DO NOT RENT FROM ANY RENT A CENTER. I had purchased a PS5 in December and it wasnt delivered until a month later and they didnt reimburse the money spent for the first month or remedy their delivery problems in any way. Furthermore they say they hold merchandise and in my experience they do not they will lie straight to your face and then revoke your payment plan and then make you pay for a whole new plan to receive new merchandise that they hold for you. My son went to them they dropped off the wrong stuff that he paid for and when we went up there to get the situated it became into a bigger issue because the guy didn't like the fact that we were asking questions about the prices that he wanted my son to pay more they want my son had already paying for the product that he never received and then the gentleman started threatening us telling us he's not the one that he's going to show us who the one is and this man has my address so I really want to know what Rent-A-Center is ... read more
I set up a purchase I was supposed to be all set I got my daughter a computer for Christmas $$ was taken out off my account on the 22 nd I was told the computer would be in on the 23 never received a call email or anything I assumed they where opened Christmas Eve only to find out they where not my daughter now has no gift If there was any communication w me at all about the computer I could have changed my order or made other arrangements.
