It’s disappointing how little empathy there seems to be for people who are genuinely struggling right now. I’m only a week behind, yet I’m being treated as if I’ve fallen months behind. There’s no understanding or compassion — just a robotic response of, “Let’s set a date to pick it up.” Sometimes life happens, but that doesn’t mean I’m neglecting my responsibilities. The employees here treat you like family. Always go above and beyond to help. I have bought multiple things from this location. Its always been a pleasure doing business with you. Sean and his team deserve recognition!
Absolutely awful place to deal with. If you’re a day late, they will spam call you and will show up at your house POUNDING on your door. Extremely rude. Driver threw a pumpkin off my porch into my lawn and it smashed guts everywhere. I cannot stress how awful doing business with them has been, mind you I am completely caught up with payment, at most have been 2 days late on payment. This location deserves to go out of business. The manager likes to yell and cuss at customers.
My experience wasn’t too bad, but when my furniture was delivered there’s a spot on it that I didn’t notice at the store. I probably should’ve said something. Otherwise the associates were very kind and helpful!
Ordered a couch and a bunk bed. The couch was dropped off with a rip. And when they put the bunk bed together they broke the ladder. Took months to get a new one.... not great customer services. Also my couch was never hooked to my account and even the i.t. people couldn't find the contract so I ended up sending it back. Got tired of the harassing phone calls.
