I ordered a washer and dryer and while they were hooking everything up the the guy installing it said it’s not heating up. After waiting several minutes and checking he told Vanessa ( the manager with him ) that it’s not heating up. Vanessa, who admitted she was there to learn how to install because she has no experience with it, told him he’s wrong it works and you won’t be able to tell by just putting your hand inside.
