Liz and her crew did a great job getting us a stove and refrigerator. Had a minor issue with the stove, in which they made it right. Very happy with their effort and the delivery guys were great too!
I am never going back again. Made a $300 down payment the day I ordered my couch. I advised of stairs to get to my apartment and let them know about the turn in them, as this has been a delivery sore spot in the past. I was told that’d be absolutely no problem. It took over an hour to do the interaction due to technical issues and no one knowing how to fix them. My delivery date rolls around and I’m home to get the delivery. Absolutely WORST decision I made deciding to get a living room couch from here.. 1) the couch delivered was not what I picked out at all! 2) Worst customer service! I’ve contacted the store by phone multiple times to update my phone number but they can’t seem to figure out how to do that! 3) They will constantly harass your references by phone n text even if ur only 1 day late! 4) the out right disrespect and ignorance i experienced today by having them come BEAT on my doors and windows to the point it knocked my home intern... read more
Very good experience an got what I was wanting hassle free. We'll it went from good to terrible contracts on the e bikes got canceled no one bothered to call to let anyone know. An to top things off since I can't get a different bike, I'm entitled to have my bike serviced as it states in the lease agreement for my bike as long as I'm still making payments an it's still under the contract of the agreement they are to have the bike service in tell it's completely paid off now that I need it serviced, now all the sudden I have... read more
Never doing business with them again! Very poor customer service! Showed up Friday threatening to take refrigerator we were a few days past due on. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional trying to fight and argue with my fiancé. Asked to set up pickup to get the fridge that coming Monday just to be able to not lose a whole fridge full of groceries with having small children. Monday comes and no one shows up.
