Bought a switch online. Signed a contract! Went to the store to pick up and a whole different story at the store. Wanted more money down and said I paid late on an agreement from another state which was false. So got a refund and went to Aaron’s. They don’t even hold up to their own contracts. No trouble there. Rent a center sucks. Go anywhere else. Manager doesn’t return calls either. Waste of gas and time. Don’t bother. Now the manager calls after I leave a bad review. Don’t bother calling now! Can o leave zero stars??
Renting a washer from this company has been the worst experience I’ve had with any service. The machine stopped working months after it was delivered, and ever since then it’s been nothing but frustration. I reached out to customer service multiple times, explained the issue, and was told someone would come out to fix it. They came by to give me a "new" washer and the washer they tried to replace it with doesn’t even work. I have been with out a washer for over a week. I have already contacted corporate about this matter.
I still haven’t received my order and what I originally ordered online which went thru online wasn’t accommodated I was told that I was only approved for certain items which is wrong because the items I ordered online were all good I signed a lease agreement to the items all that sent in all my documents and I couldn’t get them hat i actually needed for my home
This is a place that never answers there phone nor call you back it shouldn’t be hard to get a hold of someone to find out where something is that you were paying for along with trying to make a payment on something I have already purchased and then yet they want to charge you for late fees, but they don’t answer the phone, so how is that fair?
Roger helped me with the process of renting a short-term lease. He was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Worked and made sure I understood the whole procedure. You have a great employee working for you. I hope the company appreciates him. Hard to find good work ethics in Vegas.
