I don't know what has happened with this store lately, I guess Kenny wasn't supposed to get promoted to the position he has. I have told him continuously over the past 6 months that my due date needed to be changed to the first of the month because that is when my VA check comes in. I get early direct deposit so most of the time I pay early, and he calls me anyway, tells me I am late, and threatens to come pick up my stuff. If you are late on a payment they will come to your house everyday and pound on the door continuously. Last time this happened the guy knocked so hard my front door actually came open, I was livid. These people do not give extra time to make a payment if you need it. They will harass you with phone calls and show up to your house daily.

Two weeks behind and they have called me everyday threatening to pick up merchandise. We have tried to set up biweekly payments and they keep calling about weekly payments and RUDE with calls and text messages

Can't wait less then 24 hours for a payment so they'll come take it. Bartlesville office is the worst that we've ever had to deal with, and we've rent to owned alot of things from different companies. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They'll also tell you one price on a payment and it'll switch every time you call back.
