I had the occasion to rent a double bed for 6 weeks. I am highly recommending this Rent a Center.(Fairless Hills, PA), From our first inquiry over the phone, follow up by a customer service attendant - to the delivery and return - Everything was top notch! The staff in this store are wonderful. Keola is so kind, helpful and always goes above and beyond what I’d ever expect to make sure any needs I have are taken care of. She is absolutely the best and is an example of what others should strive to be. I got an amazing deal with her help at a time when my life was in chaos. The lady who answers the phones needs a manners and etiquette class she is very rude and unprofessional she definitely should not be working in customer service answering anything she should be working some where not dealing with people at all…. She should learn to keep her personal problems at home and not bring those issues to work where you take your frustrations out on paying customers that is how you lose customers.
