I agree with Michelle Pena the one that commented about Margaret! She harasses you so much! I let her know that I had a family passing and I would be paying later and I did kept updating through TEXT! I couldn’t call since I was with family and she still kept calling non stop. No empathy. They have good stuff but so annoying. As soon as the payment is due they call nonstop literally as soon as they open, they don’t even let the day finish. Its really annoying. We haven’t been late if we were then i would understand but we’re always on time. Just stop its pretty annoying & it’s harassment basically. & it’s ALWAYS the same person, Margaret
This place is ridiculous! Margaret is the worst of them all. She is real quick with the threats and harassment. I think she used to be a debt collector because anytime the customer has an issue she treats you like you are beneath her and any issues you may have with a payment which can happen from time to time she gets annoyed with you acts as if you personally inconvienced her. I’ll never go through this rent a center!
I went to Rent a Center to get a washing machine. on a rent to own basis. I've purchased many things over the years from them. no problem. we got the washer,new out of the box in February. last week, August 31st, the washer wouldn't advance to the agitate cycle. we contacted the store. they sent a repair person. still broke.
If I could I would give this place a ZERO star. Do not take your hard earned money here. I have a been a customer with them for many years, made every payment, and paid off everything. The first couple of items that I got from them the payment process and everything was smooth but when getting the items and filling out the paper work the employees were very rude, but I brushed it off and took as they were just having a bad day, unfortunately that is not the case here.
