Asked about a product online. Spoke to Chris, he said they could order it. I said i was already pre approved and that they had my info. Chris said once item came in I could finish process. I called basically every week and was told that it's delayed. Then one day I called and Carlos basically said no, it's not ordered because you never came in. They said I was accepted and took my money then a few days later as I am waiting for my item I get a call saying I was denied and they don't have money to give me a refund. It has been a few days and still haven't gave me my money back

Great friendly service been a loyal customer for 8+ years!.I received my couches and am very satisfied..Thank you Chris and Carlos for your delivery of my couches....you both did a fantastic job on setting the couches up....!! Love the set ❤️

The workers at the Ceres Rent-A-Center on Whitmore Ave were fantastic. I personally dealt with Chris, Who was extremely professional, patient and dealt with all our needs. I will continue to purchase items from this location very impressed!
