The online service was over all quick and easy to navigate. It was a overall excellent experience.
They said I was accepted and took my money then a few days later as I am waiting for my item I get a call saying I was denied and they don't have money to give me a refund. It has been a few days and still haven't gave me my money back
Asked about a product online. Spoke to Chris, he said they could order it. I said i was already pre approved and that they had my info. Chris said once item came in I could finish process. I called basically every week and was told that it's delayed. Then one day I called and Carlos basically said no, it's not ordered because you never came in.
