Talk about inappropriate! I haven’t used them In months and then one of the Tony’s from this location randomly started messaging me today being very inappropriate! I will be reporting to corporate because this is unacceptable!

I have never rented from here or anywhere but am apparently on someone's account as a reference. I have requested no less than 5 times to be removed. Today an employee, Jason, called and I requested to be removed from the account along with my number. He kept talking over me and REFUSING to remove me from it. HE CALLED ME! AT MY PHONE NUMBER! Horrible service. We will never use them again .Gave us 2 peices of poo TVs and then tried to bully my wife into making a payment immediately.If they would have wait 20 min then the payment wud have been made. We have never missed a payment and always pay everything off. We have bought couches, recliners,and laptops all completely paid off. But yet we get screwed with this store. Do not use them . .Use Aaron's at least with Aaron's you actually get a product after paying thousands .So a few of the staff are actually great but apparently corperate hates good customers. I have no idea who gave the order but here's how my experience was with them. I was buying a 65 inch TV in another state it was almost payed off..so very close but we had to move.
