Start off by saying I was late on my payment. Told them I'd be in to pay it at 11, I had some come up & couldn't make it in, one of the guys called me told him it would be a few hours & that I'd be in. He called me again saying it had been a few hours, was rude about it. They ended up coming to pick up the product even though I was going into make the payment. Justin was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact mattress and coffee table we wanted, along with making sure that we received our items fairly quickly.
I love that the gentleman that helped us was very straightforward and upfront with everything. He was very kind and made our experience fun with his silly sense of humor lol. Thank you!
