Very poor customer service David is arrogant and rather ignorant I called to make an arrangement had never been late was late 1 time which was this time. I have all my receipts he told me it was my second renewal default. I'm out of town and asked if I could come in when I got back and make my current payment and next payment and keep the items. I was told no I would be required to turn items in. He couldn't explain how it was my second default considering I have never been late. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
