Went and got a mattress from the that is comfortable but got a washer and dryer from them and didn’t come on the day they said they would to drop the washer and dryer off. Once they got them there and hooked up they wired the dryer up wrong so it wouldn’t work correctly then come to find out the dryer doesn’t even get hot. So I called the store and they brought me a loaner out and didn’t check it before they brought it out it was messed up and couldn’t even be used very unhappy with this problem.
Terrible customer service Refuse to move the old refrigerator out for my mom then said they could leave the new one in the shed and then took it back to the store when she called the store the store manager was rude and hung up on her do not come to this rent a center they don’t even deserve one star
My husband and I have used rent a center before but at a different location and it was great service and furniture. However this time around we are not happy. We have had issues setting up our online account to make payments and everytime we call to speak with a manager about it they are NEVER present and we are told to leave a message and the manager will call us back. I have purchase furniture/appliances at this location for the past 4+ Years, never have I experienced bad customer service until now. The Manager/Supervisor Francisco is the worst, cussing on the phone changing my contact number when I have specified that my number is the same, not putting notes in the system about payment arrangements. My 13 YO had been receiving calls and text msgs non stop because apperantly they thought it was ok to add her number as my primary contact number from 1 day that I used her phoe to call them.... read more
Meh Pablo is the best employee they got there always understanding and helps Shawn is rude and is not good with customer service but it is what it is
