I have been a customer to this company for a few months. Due to the service, I received before, I was not going to continue. Decided to change my mind and become a customer due to my moving experience, It was a struggle I missed a payment and was questioned “why?” Very rudely, on the phone for more than 10 minutes. Very unprofessional I’ve paid the deposit for my couch about two weeks ago. Here we are today & I still have yet to receive my couch . Then on top of that no one calls to give you an update on what’s going on you have to call them. They clearly don’t check their emails was asked to send in proof of address the sales person didn’t even know I had sent the required documents until I called the next day.

Horrible experience manager is horrible. Spent over 2 hours looking for furniture only for the very next day for her to call and say out of stock after making a deposit. Very nonchalant. Asked over and c over if we just wanted to cancel Voiceover service isn’t for everybody. Clearly not for her!!! Horrible experience we didn’t have to go here but decided to. Never again.
They are the most helpful and very costumer service is excellent & they get everything set up and ready for you ! So thankful to have great service with Alex & Lilli
