Absolutely horrible experience! They advertised product that wasn't available then when we decided to go with something else they couldn't give us a firm date on when it would be delivered... had to call 3 different times to find out when we would get what was purchased and got put off 3 different times... when we finally got what was purchased they scratched our new couch down our wall and started to try and blame something other than themselves by confusingly asking each other if that was from them.
