We ordered a recliner for my wife to use while recovering from hip replacement. Finally got around to doing the online order the night before her surgery. Didn't have much hope we'd have it by the time she got home. Called the office the next day, Eric picked up in 2 rings "My delivery guy isn't working today but I'll figure out how to get it to you" It was in our home 4 hours later.
Worst experiance ever, dont ever get something that you didnt want they will take forever to take it back and wont give you credit for what you paid for. Even corporate sucks.
Do not trust a word these people tell you on the phone. Told me I was approved 3 times before I rented a truck and wasted 2 hours. Absolutely no apology or accountability.
Very disappointed. Communication is lacking. Follow up is horrible. The product was not what I needed. I’m still waiting for it to be picked up and or traded. Product knowledge was lacking. Delivery guys were great once finally scheduled. They are the only reason they are getting any stars.
I’m editing my review because this place does not deserve 5 stars and I don’t remember posting this at all. My first interaction I had with the manager he was rude and disrespectful and made me feel like an idiot. He then transferred me off to another person and she was absolutely rude as well and so I just canceled my order. I will give the manager props as he did call me the next day and apologized but no matter what kind of day you’re having you should never treat a potential customer this way.
