I have to say the customer service is great especially Celeste who helped me, she was very professional and helpful. I was able to obtain exactly what I was needing and did not have to wait for long to have completed my purchase. However on a not too great part of the deal I was unaware I was signing up for a benefit package that I am required to pay along with my regular payment and when I opted out I thought that would of been the end of it but instead I now am past due and owe for not paying the benefits package. I have been a customer for several years now and have made a few purchases. I really appreciate the care my store has shown me with regards to payment arrangements as well as delivery. Whenever I've had an issue, they have ALWAYS been quick to act, and very accommodating.

I have used rent a center for years and never had any issues. The west valley location off 3500 south is a horrible location the staff are very disrespectful, do not know how to operate a business. They text saying that a payment is late when I told different people at the store that it needed to go on a monthly payment so I guess communication and updating someone’s file has gone out the window. Lady I spoke with on the phone as great. Persistent but super nice the delivery wasn’t great at all.. . I was at work when they arrived and my mom was going to be there to grab it when they came. She had run out for a sec as they came while she was gone. So he called me and the Guy delivering was incredibly rude and put out. Also reminded me how many other deliveries he had to do and my situation was holding him up. Super unprofessional don’t want them showing up at my door again honestly.
