The old employees were the greatest. Now, the new employees are very rude, assistant manager is super disrespectful. They won’t work with you on payments or anything. They will consistently call your phone even if you’re at work and busy. All around this is a disappointing store anymore. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with rent a center after dealing with them for about 4 years.
They gave updated me on the furniture arriving and a date for delivery. The man on the phone that processed my payment was wonderful and inviting. He helped me with measurements and I am excited about delivery!
This is an honest Rent a Center, they knew they could not fulfill my needs that I needed. They were kind enough to recommend me and my family to Arrons.We love Arrons.They're amazing.Thank you Rent a Center for being honest.
My washer was dropped off of the cart as soon as the delivery guys brought it into the building. There is now a dent in the top of my washer and scratches down the front of the washer. The delivery guys wasn’t even going to tell me they dropped my washer and the workers that are renovating my house informed me about it and said the delivery guys told them it was fine. At first they seemed real friendly and helping, but after I got the application done and we started talking money everything changed. The stuff I talked on the phone was totally different than when I went in person.
