I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rent-A-Center’s customer service. I ordered a PC and waited several days with little to no communication or meaningful updates regarding my order. The lack of transparency and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional. Expecting customers to willingly finance high-ticket items while providing service that is this unreliable is unreasonable. I love this store. Audrey and the team here are absolutely amazing people. Will not deal with anyone else but this store. This store goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and have what the want.
If I could give this purchase and delivery 0 stars, I would. I have had nothing but problems throughout this process. Was told I wasn't scheduled for delivery so I called and got it scheduled. Then I was told I would receive a call back about my paperwork and meter received a call. I had to call several times on day of delivery to make sure it was actually getting delivered. This place is great and the staff is doing a great job . If your having a bad experience I imagine its because you need to pay your bill . Any time I’ve ever wanted something if they didn’t have it they went out and got it just for me . That has a lot of value to me. If you can’t afford your payment then don’t make the purchase or you will not have a good experience with the company. Set up auto pay and make your payments and your experience will be a good one .
