***SERVICE CONTRACTORS BEWARE*** We have performed plumbing service work at this location several times. Not sure who exactly is at fault but we can never get paid in a timely manner as they now currently have an unpaid invoice from clear back in December 2024. This is not the first time this has happened as we usually do not get paid until the next time they need service. PAY YOUR BILL!!!
Place is horrible. Don’t rent anything from here. If anything in life happens and you miss a payment you have to pay 2 payments or they’ll threaten you and be the rudest people imaginable. The lady working at this specific one should be fired. Also when I called the customer support line they said they weren’t supposed to do that so the lady lied straight to my face
Would leave 0 stars if I could canceled delivery 2 days in a row said I could pick up appliances my self if I had a truck hmmm deliver it hook it up it's your job not mine I'm the customer
Place is a joke like the employees that work there . Went in today as of 6/30/2025 got approved as I was once before n got a computer from them. Asked them about a simple credit that there own company send in the mail well they know nothing about it as usual. Well oh I can’t take u so they refused us service for no reason I went to the Bridgeport wv one oh we verified u but corporate says im high risk bull! Very friendly,had 2 issues and both was resolved very quickly.1st purchased a portable ac unit, when I got it home it did not work,in less than an hour they brought me another one ,it worked great except there was no vent hose to direct the heat from the rear of it to the outside,they didn't have the hose but told me to go to Lowes and purchase it there and keep the receipt that they would take care of it... So all issues resolved, I would definitely recommend this store to everyone
