Poor customer service with the lady she was totally unprofessional and inpatient she canceled my delivery because I couldn’t text her back immediately while at work it took me maybe 15 minutes to reply to let her know I still wanted the delivery for that Saturday. I didn’t end up getting anything and canceling my order on my own because of the poor behavior. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this rac to anyone because now I’m getting bills for something I never received! Trying to sort out with corporate.
I’ve been telling rent center my couch has a large whole under a cushion and nobody has came out to repair it the material is bad for the amount I’m paying!!! This same spot has opened up before and was already repaired once in the past just shows how shitty this material the company uses if I wasn’t so far paid off I would of given it back
Mark is AMAZING. He got a very difficult contract done for me with store transfers. He is absolutely the best. I've rent to own my stuff from him for years, without any hassle. He tries to work with everyone that has payment issues. Tim helped with so much and in my opinion is an EXTREMELY VALUABLE employee. They both way above and beyond to get it done. If you're in Greeley Colorado, this is the store to use.
Probably shouldn't threaten people wife when calling husband's phone over 10 days late. Then not use dolly and drag washing machine across new flooring because you're trying to impress the female coworker with you. She even asked him. Empty water on floor rather than in a bucket. Going to file theft charges after 10 days. 20 plus years never treated like that by rent a center.
The fact that they had a lawyer call me when I was not even 30 days late is absolutely ridiculous, hearing that lawyers voicemail telling me to pay because I’m coming up on thirty days late was laughable. Also they will HARASS you all day, when you’re at work you’ll be getting calls all day, texts from them all day and then you’ll see them on your ring camera showing up to your home, this is at not even a month late people, they will start harassing you the day after you miss a payment.
