The delivery guys were very nice. Showed me about features I didn't know about. Did a really great job 👍👍👍
Yesterday I put a review on im not proud of at all. The manager called me back today, after I let her speak long enough she explained things that I wasn't aware of. She was very good about the way I acted and forgave me for being a big mouth. I would like to say I'm very sorry for the things I wrote and I will continue to rent from this store. The manager is awesome. Thank you for caring enough to call back and explain.
The Xenia store is always so kind. Jess is very easy to work with and has provided me great customer service!
I was there with a patient of mine and they treated her well and helped her with everything she needed. They were extremely friendly.
Man every since Jess and her crew came in I have had THE BEST SERVICE. Even If my payment was late she worked with me. Jess understood life happens. Best experience I've had with rent to own. I will definitely rent again if needed. Thanks Jess and crew.
