Yes it’s RAC and over priced but we all sign contracts and agree to the payments. It helps when you don’t have 2K for a couch and they have early payment options as well as great customer support. ArLisa the manager of the store who makes everything possible. They have helped me in tough times and will continue to be the #1 store if I need anything.
Arlisa at Rent-A-Center was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond to help us and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On the app for in the center, I put three stars and then when it asked if I wanted to transfer the review to Google reviews, it suddenly updated to five stars which I find to be a little bit like fraud. Why they were up to five stars when I only gave three stars that seems pretty sketchy And how do I not caught any people would think that I actually gave five stars so that’s probably why they do it.
Ive had people sent to my house for payments one week late, I'm harassed everyday even if I'm one day late and sometimes called multiple times in a day ive had a hard month due to family issues and haven't been able to pay for one month and ive already received a letter stating I need to bring back the item I'm renting ive called support before and I was told you dont do something like this or send somone out unless it's months late. I have been doing business with them for over 3 years. Always had great business with them until today. I will never do business with this store as long as Maria works there. RAC is a good company, but avoid doing business here as long as she is at this location. She is rude and not anybody I would ever deal with again. Things were mostly made right. I still don't wanna deal with Maria, but the rest of them are good
