Arlisa at Rent-A-Center was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond to help us and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On the app for in the center, I put three stars and then when it asked if I wanted to transfer the review to Google reviews, it suddenly updated to five stars which I find to be a little bit like fraud. Why they were up to five stars when I only gave three stars that seems pretty sketchy And how do I not caught any people would think that I actually gave five stars so that’s probably why they do it.
Ive had people sent to my house for payments one week late, I'm harassed everyday even if I'm one day late and sometimes called multiple times in a day ive had a hard month due to family issues and haven't been able to pay for one month and ive already received a letter stating I need to bring back the item I'm renting ive called support before and I was told you dont do something like this or send somone out unless it's months late. The lady Theresa “ THE STORE MANAGER” needs to find another job she has no customer service skills and makes you feel unwelcome. To the point you take your business elsewhere. She is a very rude person and the reason behind canceling my order. They need to have a manager that is more educated and provides better customer service skills to people to manage this store. If I could put no stars as a rating I would.
Arlisa is the absolute best!!! (I'm sorry if I misspelled her name). I am looking forward to doing business with her for years to come!!!
