The one the shelf was a acer I was told and the one I got was online was a hp online and I like all I like them brand new .now something needs to be done
The customer service was great they were very attentive and answered all my questions
Unfriendly delivery guy. Didn't show up when he was supposed to. Wouldn't even bring the boxes in or set up I had to do it. Then when I finally got some one to come out a day later because they didn't give me the right pieces. He put the support beams on wrong they are supposed to go on bottom not on top
associates at the store were so helpful and they made us feel at ease with our purchase.
Horrible they brought a broken washer that wasn't supposed to be sold then took it back to replace didn't deliver the next day so I call only to be told they don't service bishopville an my order was cancelled but they took the time to let me sign an agreement in thinking about filling a civil suit
