Unfriendly delivery guy. Didn't show up when he was supposed to. Wouldn't even bring the boxes in or set up I had to do it. Then when I finally got some one to come out a day later because they didn't give me the right pieces. He put the support beams on wrong they are supposed to go on bottom not on top

The one the shelf was a acer I was told and the one I got was online was a hp online and I like all I like them brand new .now something needs to be done

We were dealing with Max due to a financial hardship we have experienced because I had to have emergency surgery and have been out of work since February. Max ensured us, multiple times that we would be good to delay our payment from 4/1 to 4/15 and there would be no late fees or additional charges. Then 4 days prior to that date he notified us that we had to pay full amount owed or our items would be collected. They had a great process. I browsed online for the washer and dryer set I wanted. Next, I completed the form online and was pleasantly surprised with the limit available to me. I almost didn’t believe it. What I was looking at was nowhere near the limit I had, so I was excited. I called my store to ensure it was true and they accepted all of my information via email while we spoke on the phone.
