I've had a good experience, anyone who deals with them alot they will work with you on whatever issue it is if at all possible.
I am extremely dissatisfied how the online approval works. If you are thinking of renting from here please do so in person (this includes: going over all the details of your application with them Prior to moving forward with purchase) in order to receive accurate results. If you do not, you can risk them telling you one day before your furniture is delivered that you are not approved. When my furniture arrived it was ripped all over and it had no legs. The legs that were with it did not fit , would not screw on and also there were two different sets of legs. Meaning they didn't match so there was no way for them to fit in the first place...They had to take it back to the store. Next I asked them to please make sure that my things were brand new and asked for it to still be in the plastic when it arrived. Sue And Antonio at this location are amazing manager’s. They are always so professional and helpful when it comes to our agreement lease on our beautiful couch. We received a beautiful big Sectional BRAND NEW out of the package. We waited for 3 short weeks for the warehouse to assemble it and it is so beautiful and big and spacious and when we have guests over, it is a major conversation peace.
