I had a family death and need an extra bed for only a week. I went in on May 13th and ordered it. On May 15th I called and canceled and the bed was obviously not delivered. They charged my card $95.00 anyway. I called back and ,left numerous messages for the manager Crystal. One time I called and they said "yes, let me get her, who's calling" I gave them my name.
