⭐ ONE STAR – HARASSMENT, PERIOD. Rent-A-Center harasses customers for payment. I was THREE DAYS from payday, which I had clearly told them multiple times, and they still showed up trying to repo items. Bait and switch tactics, they pressured me into getting a different item from their inventory than what I originally applied for and wanted, the store manager is very deceptive with their business tactics, and the overall quality of their inventory does not justify the pricing. I highly recommend Aarons in town or simply browsing online for a different store that offers LTO

This place is disgusting! Stay far FAR away from any location! We bought a couch from them that they claimed was clean, we looked over it and saw no signs of damage or infestation. Not even a few days later and my six year old son is covered in bites. BEDBUGS! the couch was obviously not cleaned. And to top it off, when I went back in to complain and bring it to their attention, there were dead ROACHES by the door. I am so fed up with this place!!! This is an every month occurrence for me! I had issues with my card not going through at places (had nothing to do with the money on the card) and it went 2 weeks late because I didn't notice it not coming out of my account. I work nights and cannot answer the phone during the day. When I finally woke up to answer they were so rude on the phone. Store manager jasmine is the worst! Jasmine and her store manager were extremely helpful with information regarding policies, merchandise that was best for me and went out of their way to make delivery for the date I needed. I’m so very thankful.
