Last week 2 associates from the local RAC called about making a payment, I told them it was going to be made on a Wednesday. They were so rude and obnoxious and lied that they were the managers. I know the manager and an associate named Andre who handles my account. The 2 people that called need to be reprimanded for lying and their obnoxious, condescending attitude. I've been paying for the washer and dryer for almost 2 years!

I opened a account over a year ago & haven't had any real issues until this past weekend. I made my final payment & after a few days - started getting phone calls & I called back & the guy said- I just called to see if you wanted something from our showroom - And I replied: No thanks. Then the next 2 days a women called & said that I owe over $200 on my account. I told her that I made all of my payments & if their is a issue I will call my bank & have them send me all the payments that were made to your store. If I find out ... read more

During times like this when people are struggling, and just returning to work , you would think they would work with you. Other companies work with you , this company harrasses you and call all day. Even after you spoke to them , Someone else will call . it's tough when you are already stressed out about other things when you got to put up with people calling ten times a day. So instead I rather me and my daughter sleep on the floor and return the stuff and be stress free and at peace . I can purchase furniture somewhere els... read more
