This is the second time I am placing this order. I have paid ANOTHER $10 to get this item. I ordered this March 7th & it has yet to arrive at the store, nor can the associates give me any insight of when it will arrive. The associate told me to call corporate, I did and they said it can take up to 6 weeks. It’s now been 7 weeks with no update. I had out of town family here for Easter & had nowhere for them to sit.
●My experience was nothing less than amazing with the Hopewell location! ●Here's how it went: I called to the store 2 days before I needed an item due to a medical surgery and only needed to rent for a couple of weeks. I was a little pressed for time when signing my contract, however "JEREMIAH" was patient. He called to other stores to get what i needed and it would be delivered 1 day after i needed it which would work perfectly. Try to come in my house on 1 payment missed I called and told them when I could pay it they showed up at my house three times a day up until that day threatening me with the police present time Social Services threatened my grandkids and Social Services put cash money that put it towards the books
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL BRING YOU BROKEN ELECTRONICS AND SUBSTANDARD FURNITURE AND WILL NOT REPLACE THEM. THEY WILL ALSO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. GO TO AARONS THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND NICER.
