Customer service is deplorable. They will not lift a finger to help you or deliver to you if you live outside of Santa Maria. My contracts, multiple years of buying many items through the Paso Robles store. Great people and service. Once they closed and moved all contracts to Santa Maria office, service went to Hell. They harass and threaten you if you call with any issues. They will harass people you have as a reference and not for being late.
