My mother and I always come here first for all of our appliances. Their payments are always manageable. They will always have our business. And they are always kind.
The best location in the city. I have had the opportunity to spend my money with the big brands in Columbus but I always find my way back. I truly feel like part of the RAC family. They will go above and beyond if you are about business. Ameen, Nichole, and Brenton are the best. Make this store your store!! You will not regret it.
Well it seemed to be great. But then came delivery day (today) but then during my delivery slot 10 to noon today no one showed up or called to let me know what's going on I have been charged signed my contract but rent a center did not deliver my wife and I were looking forward to our rental and are disappointed to say the least
The Manager of this store Amin Akram was very helpful and kind I would recommend ANYBODY to his store thank you for your great customer service skills…
Fantastic Customer Service, 2 Year long customer. Store #3940 Manager CJ and staff Brenton and Necole was extremely friendly and highly professional. I walked into the store to make a new agreement. The Manager CJ went over and beyond to reach the goal of a budget friendly new contract. Brenton helped with information within the contract. Necole was extremely friendly smiles and laughs.
