I thought I was getting a good deal on a sofa, I found a red thong with several pubic hairs clinging to it and some very odd stains in the corner. If zero stars were an option, that's what you'd get.

I can't believe that with my payment due on the 8th and I told them I may pay on the 9th they agreed saying I wouldn't be late for 3 days so on the 9th I found this on my door!!!! "Sort we missed you and please call in Huge Letters ASAP!! Hey Rent-A-Center! Ive had six contracts through you guys. Today I went in to attempt begin another contract. I was told and I quote " we have misplaced or lost all of your old contracts applications" which means my social security number, drivers licence number, copy of photo i.d. address and all the same for my wife has just been lost.
