My roommate and I went in today looking for a washer and dryer. We were browsing the dryers, my roommate opens a black matte whirlpool dryer and there were 2 ROACHES just sitting on the ledge. The guy came over, poked them with his pen and they scattered. We definitely won't be back. His excuse was "oh, they must not have been cleaned out" a complaint with corporate was filed too. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY COCKROACHES🪳
I want to start off by saying the staff is very pleasant I've been a customer for almost 3 years now I had purchased a washer a dryer a queen size bed with frame loveseat and also a fireplace I'm very happy with the service when they came to deliver my product that delivery guys were awesome as far as the manager and assistant they were excellent also the manager is more than willing to help you get any product you are looking for two thumbs up great experience thank you Rent-A-Center
"Hated it" doesn't go nearly far enough to describe my experience with this facility. I tried to do a simple rental and it took 3 days and I still didn't end up renting the equipment I needed. Every time I spoke with one of their service people the paperwork I needed AND the price kept on changing. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!
It was wonderful and when I spoke to a customer representative they really went out of there way to help me.
