I had a really disappointing experience with the staff at the Rent‑A‑Center location. The service there is extremely unprofessional. One of the main managers, Drew, has helped me a few times, and every interaction has been frustrating. On multiple occasions he was vaping inside the store and even blew the vapor in my direction while helping me. That alone felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Recently I finished our basement and we wanted a reasonable priced couch for now having small kids and much a man cave! Julian the store manager is such a great guy during delivery problem arose fitting a section done stairs and they were able to partly take apart the couch and put back together perfectly for free to save the day! Such great customer service 5 stars

Good customer service, quuck and easy, and fast deliveries with no problem getting the merch inside they'll try untill they get it (doorway and merch measured the exact same size I thought they wasn't gonna be able to get it in)

Really help me through a difficult. In my life with two small children and a sick husband in the hospital. I'll never forget it. I'm so good. You guys are amazing.
