I’ve been waiting two months for my bed set. They keep canceling, and making up excuses why they can’t deliver. Ever since this new manager Jessica has been working, their service has been terrible. This will be the last thing I will be ordering 🤦🏻♀️.
The manager (Sandra?) and her team did an amazing job at being over my furniture. They cleaned up after themselves, was courteous and made sure everything worked before leaving. Will definitely be recommending this exact store to others! Keep up the good work!

Second time no delivery, first time a few weeks ago, they couldn’t get here because of the weather, no big deal, if they would of called and informed us, nobody mentioned anything, no calls no nothing, so we call the next day, they come out a few days later and deliver the wrong fridge, well fast forward a few weeks to today, we’re supposed to get the correct fridge from 3-5 so we wait, 530 comes and nobody, so I call the store, the manager says yes they will be there, they are finishing up in Gardner, so we wait, 630 comes ... read more
