I’m a good costumer from these store never have a problem whit the last crew who works there that apparently the new manager get fired…. Omg not only does the store manager suck I talked to the District manager And verbatim what he said is the customer is wrong. What a joke. If you need a miracle at Rent-A-Center, ask for Iris. She is currently helping me replace a broken washing machine. Then, as if that isn’t enough, she has worked her magic and got me my dream couch. Iris isn’t just a salesperson; she’s a legend. Quick, helpful, and somehow is going to make my living room look like it belongs in a magazine. Someone get this girl a raise—or a cape! 10/10 would recommend. Superwoman!
I've been getting calls from this store for the last two weeks. Everytime I've picked up I've told them I don't know anyone by the name they are saying. They tell me okay we will update the file and then call the very next day again. They even called an hour later after saying that. I don't shop at rent a center neither does my family. I live 2 hours away from this location anyway. Maybe a new policy should be call the numbers in front of who's applying and you wouldn't have this issue.
New management is rude and holds no accountability and will argue with you.
