I just got a phone call from a rude worker, telling me I owed money on a t.v iam switching out. When I talked to someone else on Monday and I made a payment on my new t.v. I was told not to pay on the old account. Since I was switching it out. When I said this he was rude and hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times to get an answer. If you ever had to decide between Rent-A-Center or Aaron’s In Springfield go with Aaron’s. It had almost been two weeks since I ordered my bed now. Wonderful experience, I’ve bought about 10 things through them and they have all been excellent, LJ is an amazing customer service rep and will go out of his way for you if you pay your bills, I’m so happy with this store and when I moved I kept this location.
Love the people who work for this company. Never have an issue with them. Always understanding when it comes to payments and on top of that they have quick response time to repairs!
