their policies are whacked and the service you get from them is horrible...I will never do business with them again and it's a shame...I've had an account with this company for over 20 years and until I got to NC waughtown branch never had a complaint..

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY SELL USED THINGS WITH COCKROACHES IN THEM SAM THE STORE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH CORPORATE OFFICE I HAVE A BRAND NEW HOME JUST BUILT AND NOW WE HAVE TO HAVE ORKIN TO COME IN.. I WILL BE POSTING PICTURES OF THE COCKROACHES THAT I KILLS AS WELL AS THE USED REFRIGERATOR THAT THEY TRIED TO SELL ME FOR $4,000.00
