Online I was approved with no issues I got everything approved to get it delivered to my house but I had to go in and verify some things. When I got in some old guy told me I couldn't use my online application and that my online approval was only for furniture and or appliances no electronics. But my approved online order was an gaming system and tv. Horrible experience

I love mu RAC store Everything I have ever purchased from them. It's great product and very beautiful. I as well-loved the customer service and the help I get from my RAC on Lake mead. Las vegas nv.Jose you are thee best
Absolutely terrible customer service. George the manager never returns phone calls and after 2weeks of waiting for the item I prepaid online for I decided to go with another company. Best buy has cheaper prices and payment plans. This location has still not returned my deposit. I will not recommend this location to anyone! Choose a different location if you want to go with the company.
This place is no good. They give you the items very damaged. If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them a star they don't deserve it. And there delivery is Worse they don't deliver on time, they make excuses. Not only that there place smells and its dirty. Last time I rent from this place!!!
