Online I was approved with no issues I got everything approved to get it delivered to my house but I had to go in and verify some things. When I got in some old guy told me I couldn't use my online application and that my online approval was only for furniture and or appliances no electronics. But my approved online order was an gaming system and tv. Horrible experience
Jennifer she doesn’t know how to wait I pay a lot of stuff to them my father died and she kept calling not knowing the I already taking to the other manager. Absolutely the worst rent a center I have ever dealt with . My payment is a month late because I had to have emergency delivery. They called me 4-5 times a day after I explained I was in the hospital . Harassed me every single day I was in the hospital even tho I told them as soon as I got released I would make a payment . Continued to call ; asked me if someone could make the payment for me . They are rude .
