Had a van driver pull out directly in front of me without looking my direction at all. Luckily I slammed on my brakes for them because they don’t know how to drive. But shady company anyway so they get 1 star.
I keep receiving spam calls from this place on a weekly basis. They just now randomly hung up on me a second after answering. I just switched numbers a few months back and since then these people keep spamming my phone. Whoever they are trying to collect debt from, it is not me. I have never done business with this store or even a rent-a-center at all. I don’t even live in Auburn!
Ignorant employees. Terrible interest rates. The whole company and the process is predatory. Think about it people. Rent A Center and companies like it offer things like 90 days interest free, or 6 months interest free, or 1 year interest free. Whatever "GIMMICK" program they are running to get traffic in the stores is besides the point. They ABSOLUTELY count on the customer making minimum payments so that they can end up charging 3 and sometimes even 4 times MSRP. Vary poor never will I go back to any rent a center they call before payment is due and call multiple times a day….charging 3x the amount of what it really would be in a regular store and vary rude and nasty when I call in!!!!I found a way better place for sure!!!!
I really enjoy walking around the store. I found what I was looking for and they even got in my color. Very excited to receive my new furniture.
