A BUNCH OF THEIVES! My sisters wallet was stolen by an employee at the building on Arsenal! she was the only costumer in the store and she was signing her paperwork 5 minutes before they closed. Not only will the manager not return her calls but their associates laugh at her when she calls. Watertown police wont even show up to file a report. Do NOT go through rent a center! They are the worst!
they need to fire erica alfano. she is very rude and disrespectful. treats her customers like garbage. swears at them, threatens her employees jobs over a customers contract. leaves inappropriate voicemails. and the list goes on. I returned my items and went to Aaron's. better product. better pricing. better costume service.
Honestly, we did great with salesman Shawn. This week a new girl came aboard as manager and unable to wait one week for a payment. Shawn was great we will miss dealing with him. He was fair and understanding,as we understood business is business and paid when we promised. Poor management.
They are the worst the employee are horrible to deal with they call you and hang up on you don't buy anything from them go through arronns
