Pro: Staff were very easy to work with. Con: When in the store, there's no cell service, and when submitting documents on mobile, you'll have to walk through the building and back outside to get any cellphone service. Suggestion: Don't use DocuSign with in-store customers. Just print the documents to be signed then scan it in.
Bob and his employees are the best..my washing machine died, called Bob he was on it quick..same when my refrigerator died he was on it.. best deals ever..we won't go anywhere else!!and Ty Bob and staff for all you do..your the best!!
Beware. After I found where they had been fraudulently taking money from an elderly persons acct for 11 months, the manager had the audacity to tell him "I can't do anything for you bud, it's been almost a year." 😠
I'm extremely frustrated. I scheduled a mattress move today because it was the only availability they said they had on my day off. My entire first apartment is set up and everything I own is a mile away with me having no car and having to work tomorrow. These people made a mistake on THEIR END and while I appreciate that their movers will come to me (as they were, you know, originally supposed to because i called and did MY ENTIRE PART) if they, happen to have spare time after getting to everyone else who did the exact same... read more
