They will not warranty their crappy merchandise even though they force you to pay for “benefits plus” and if you don’t pay your bill the second it’s due they harass you via text message. My bill has never been left unpaid and I am treated as if that is the case! I should have immediately had everything I purchased from them returned when they gouged my new refrigerator when bringing it in the house, and yes they took some $$ off of the bill but still the way they delivered it was a red flag! Had to pay for something that was OPTIONAL!!! I asked to have the benefits plus taken off because it is OPTIONAL and we were forced to pay it anyway. I returned my tv and I logged on and it is still telling me to pay for it. Some chick that works there was making threats and popping off an attitude and blew my phone up saying to return the ps5 I got from them just because we didn’t have the money pulled off the card THAT DAY!!! Gave us until they closed to return it! No no no!!!
I placed an order in June. I called them twice a week about my order they kept telling me they were going to call me back and they never did I had to call them . Then they told me that they placed my order and that they had the tracking number and they were waiting on delivery. I called them again a few weeks later and was told that it was going to take 6 to 10 months for delivery. Why tell me that they had a tracking number cause it was already shipped if my order never even left the warehouse. NEVER AGAIN
I would just like to say that I absolutely love all the employees at this location for this Rent-A-Center! They have gone above and beyond for me and help me to get some amazing things that I need!! I highly recommend going to them! They are amazing!
Originally signing up it was a good experience…over time they try to have you buy more stuff that’s 4x it’s value already that goes for every rent a center. Why I’m leaving only 2 stars is because the manager here specifically is a tool … I missed a payment he called me 12+ times where I had to block the store number.
