The Jose’s at this center are amazing! They are extremely friendly knowledgeable and as soon as we walked in through those doors they helped us get the best option tailored specifically towards our needs. They made sure to explain everything in great detail and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Rent-A-Center for the employees itself! They deserve way more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Unfortunately my experience with this store has been the worse customer service I have ever encountered. At first they delivered a washer and dryer set that was not working. Even tho it was agravating, I assumed they would be accommodating. Dealing with them since has been a nightmare. Each time I spoke to someone I got a different story and/or excuse. Can’t say good enough things about the employees Professionalism, kindness and respect. I’ve dealt with Rent a centers in Connecticut and New York and even in Massachusetts the horror stories of harassment threatening and bullying at true. If you don’t stand on your toes they’ll run you over. But the staff as this store that I’ve dealt with for 3 years no doing business with them are amazing. I have been a member of this RAC for a couple years. I have purchased multiple items. Joel and the team is always friendly and amazing. There once was an issue with my bed installation where it took them multiple attempts to install but they communicated well and even helped me with pricing. I cannot give them a bad review at all. They help you when you need it and I have not yet to interact with someone unfriendly. As long as I am here in my area, I will return as a loyal customer.
Props to Shawn for being so efficient in helping me yesterday, right on the eve of my scheduled move. He made the process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service—so far, I’m very pleased. Highly recommend!
